KOTT Lab is an independent studio for developing Shopify stores, cloud systems, and automations. The person who designs is the one who builds, and also the one who remains responsible after the launch. No project managers and no salespeople in between.

- Smart systems A single management system that centralizes orders, customers, inventory, and reports. Instead of five tools and manual work.
- AI and Automation Self-running processes: customer response, request sorting, summaries, and reports.

Ten years of building digital products as a Full Stack developer. The journey began in local startups, where you learn to build fast and right, and continued with close collaboration with New York brands and an intimate familiarity with American e-commerce.
KOTT Lab was founded in 2020 as a one-man studio: design, development, and guidance under one roof, without management layers or big promises. The work tells the story better than any words could.
